Are the designer brands you carry authentic?
Absolutely. We sell only brand new, authentic, and genuine products. Depending on the brand, the products come with different proof of authenticity. Please refer to our authenticity page for more details.
Are purchased covered with any warranty?
Since designer manufacturers will only warranty an item if you purchased it in their stores for full MSRP, at eDesignerShop we offer our own one year warranty on all items purchased with us. More information, see our warranty page.
Are items in stock?
All in stock items will appear on the website. Anything that is sold out or no longer available is taken off the website. The fastest way to search for a part number is to enter it in the upper right search box. Since most of the products are close-out items from previous seasons, once something sells out, there is no guarantee that we will ever get it back in stock again.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?
Yes, but you may be required to call in to confirm your order.
Is free shipping offered?
eDesignerShop is proud to offer Free ground shipping to all orders. The free ground shipping is good for all destinations within the Continental United States.
Is signature required on all packages?
Since all orders are considered high value and have a higher than average chance of theft, all packages will require a signature before delivery. We are happy to ship any packages to a work or alternate address, however, you may be required to confirm such orders.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes, payment must be made through either:
1 Wire Transfer: This can be done during the checkout process and selecting "Wire Transfer" as the Payment Method.
2. Credit Cards: You can use your credit card to place an order. We might need additional documents to approve the order.

eDesignerShop ship exclusively via FEDEX and USPS for speed and traceability.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within a 24 hour on Monday - Friday excluding holidays. To expedite the shipping process, make sure your address is a physical street address. We can only ship to P.O. Box, APO and FPO when you select USPS shipping methods.
How long do I have to return an item?
Within ten days of receiving your order, if you are not completely satisfied, you don't even have to contact us to return the items. For details, please see return policy.
